Payment

Cash-on-Delivery. For better convenience, we are in the midst of talks with partners for cashless payment as another option, so stay tuned for updates.

Cancellation

We know sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If we receive your call to cancel your order 24hours before it is due to arrive at your designated place, we’ll be happy to do so. No questions asked. However, if your order is already packed and on its way to you, we hope you understand and help our farmers by honouring the payment due.

Delay

We promise to deliver your product within 24 hours after confirmation of your order. If unforeseen and unexpected road conditions arises, we will contact you to inform of a possible delay.

Supply & Standards

We produce 20 pigs per month or monthly 600kg of choice cuts, 200kg of regular cuts and 400kg of bones and offal. If there is an advance order of one week for a whole pig, we can slaughter, dress to your specifications and deliver on your day of choice.

We are committed to good husbandry practice and good processing practice. Quality assurance is our top priority and we abide with Farm-to-Fork principles of authenticity and accountability. Our closeness to Kathmandu guarantees you fresh pork and our 20-year presence as restaurant owners gives you reputation & credibility you can trust.

Recall, Return & Replacements

Freshness & quality are our promises to you. If you are not satisfied with the integrity of the pork when you receive it, please contact our customer satisfaction hotline.
